Day 32: Oak Ivy Gables

I hought I would just put up a few picutures of our Oak Ivy Gables as many people have been asking for a two bedroom cottage that doesnt have too many prims.
.

We managed to make it for an amazing 64 prims

This is the back view

With a footprint of 30m x 28m Oak Ivy Gables fits a 3072 upwards comfortably and can be squeezed on some 2048s if they are rectangular in shape.

The conservatory takes you straight into the heart of the home

.........and leads into a large open plan living area divided into two separate spaces.....

This view shows the front internal entrance

and this close up of the conservatory shows the floor and window detailing.

Both bedrooms are a similar spacious size and have plenty of natural light.

Oh and Toby made an optional snowy roof!
