This is a bit of a new one for us.....we built a modern beach home and we added a rocky base with swirly foam and water.
Here it is viewed from above, we placed it on a sand island in the middle of the sea.
If you want to put it in the sky or on a platform it comes with a water prim to add to authenticity.
We had a lot of fun with the windows...
....many of which roll up like a blind to let the outdoors in.
There are spacious decks on the upper floor...
...and you can roll the windows up and down.....
..at both ends....
If you open all the windows you can see daylight right through.
There is a spiral staircase (and a TP) opposite the main entrance.
Cane and rattan furniture...
....create wonderful areas to relax in.
If it is a bit chilly a cosy fire creates a warm corner.
If it is warm......get your cozzie on!
From a distance you can see the versatility...
..and open up spaces to suit your needs.
If you need privacy, there is an ideal bedroom space downstairs.
The granite steps make an imposing entrance....
..and the sense of outdoor living is strong.
You can buy the base separately....
and enjoy having a platform.....
...on which to place a home of your choice!
